About Bret

A long time Mammoth Lakes local, Bret moved to town in 1982 in the midst a blizzard over Labor Day! Bret has been with Coldwell Banker since 1983, and serving client's real estate needs since 1979. He is dedicated to a strong commitment of customer service through persistence and attention to detail. Having seen and experienced many changes since 1982 Bret feels very positive about the direction of the community.

Bret has been very active in community service over the years. Joining the Mammoth Lakes Fire Department in 1983, and "serving as a Captain on the Mammoth Lakes Fire Department is an honor". A lot of time has been dedicated to different committees and projects within the department. He is a past member of the Mono County Grand Jury for two years serving one year as the Forman. He has served 4 years on the Mammoth Lakes Board of Realtors executive committee.

Bret has a passion for long distance running, having run 38 marathons since 1998 and "training for the next one is an ongoing activity". His other interests include snowboarding, golf and hiking the Eastern Sierra, as well as photography.
